It’s odd isn’t it but they’re still talking about the threat of a hosepipe ban in the horticultural world while the rest of us wade through lakes that used to the roads and stock up on sandbags.
On he umpteenth day of rain his month it was lovely to get this email from a client in Tisbury who has discovered a new delight in his garden:
“The garden just keeps looking better by the day. Valerie and I can’t imagine how we lived without it. Another couple of weeks should see a total transformation.”
A little sunshine on another rainy day. It’s one of the most rewarding aspects of the job.
