I offer experience in preparing soft and hard landscape plans to support planning applications for both private and commercial developments, from single barn conversions to complete housing developments.
I can liaise with planning and tree officers on your behalf to facilitate a smooth application process and to help speed through consent. Tree protection orders and biodiversity and bat reports can be prepared where required and their recommendations incorporated. Landscape plans will generally also include current approaches to sustainable development and environmental protection to maximise planner appeal.
Completed projects to date include a barn conversion, three residential housing developments in Dorset (Bournemouth, Portland and Marnhull) and a walled garden development in Somerset.
